Procedure for Plans

The initial consultant is free, we can give you a Quote over the phone.

We can see your Home and Block through Google search.

Because of our vast experience, we can see and discuss with you what is required without having to come on site. This is sometimes not always possible, some site will need to be visited first to obtain an accurate Quote for the Architectural Service.
Once the Initial Quotation is accepted we proceed to the next step.

We set a time and date for the Site inspection.
Site Inspection photos are taken; accurate measurement of existing Residence and all Outer Buildings and Pools.

Also, a discussion with Client to provide the ideal layout to meet the Client approval and to conform with Council/Certifiers Policies.
A Sketch is prepared and sent to the Client for Client Approval.
Once Client's Approval has been received, Final Plans are prepared for Approval.
Plans and associated Documents are printed as a hard copy. Also a CD is provided for all Documents for submission.
Precise Design Home Improvements P/L will be on hand to provide any further support required that the Client needs for submission.

*We currently provide all of our Documentation for submission in 2D
